Interview Process
Our Recruitment team works with hiring managers to assess candidates for each and position. When your application is selected, a member of our team will contact you to initiate the interview process. A minimum of three (3) interviewers, including Line Management and Human Resources is required.
Offer Process
The Interview Team selects the most-qualified candidate according to the requirements of the Position. If you’ve successfully completed the interview process, and are identified as the candidate we’d like to hire, you’ll receive an offer letter from our team. The letter will entail all employment details and clear instructions for the next steps will be outlined.

This type of fraud typically occurs through unsolicited emails, online recruitment services, bogus websites, and even text messages claiming to be from Noble Corporation. The aim of the fraud is to obtain personal information or money from unsuspecting victims.
Noble Corporation will NEVER:
- Request money for any reason (e.g., ‘visa fees’, taxes, travel expenses)
- Ask for personal information such as passport details or bank account numbers early in the process
- Send emails from free web-based email accounts (e.g., Yahoo, Gmail)
- Make substantial spelling and grammatical errors in communications
- Insist on urgency throughout the recruitment process
